The Education Committee of GLBMA Announces its first
"Green on the Greens" Golf Scramble When: Friday, June 25, 2010

3509 South Kirk Road, Vassar, MI 48768 For more info contact: 989-964-4475 or mlpocock(at)svsu.edu The Great Lakes Bay Manufacturing Association (GLBMA), formerly known as the Saginaw Valley Manufacturers' Association (SVMA), announces it (Inaugural) "Green on the Greens" Golf Scramble. The "Green on the Greens" golf scramble is an event created to help promote the awareness and the implementation of Earth-friendly technology and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. Money raised will be used to show case the renewable energy curriculums being taught throughout K-16 educational programs. GLBMA plans to support programs such as an Alternative Energy Science Fair or a Saginaw Regional Science Fair, and to continue with donations to a long standing Manufacturing Scholarships. The Golf Outing will be held: Friday, June 25, 2010.
Registration begins at 9:30 am with a 10:00 am Shot-gun start. The Green on Green will be held at the Vassar Golf & Country Club, 3509 South Kirk Road, Vassar, MI 48768. Registration is $90 per person, $360 per team. Your paid registration includes: green fees, cart, brat or burger at the turn, and a steak dinner after your round.
